About this event
Got a business idea? Come find out how to actually get it off the ground. Join us for the Creators Club kickoff event — a one-hour intro to what Creators Club is all about, what we do, and what's coming this semester, including the Big Idea Competition. We'll also have free food from Sage, Andy Gartz's restaurant in Provo. Before we wrap up, we'll ask you to fill out a quick feedback survey so we can build a semester around what you're most excited to learn. Here's what to expect after kickoff: every week, a different student speaker will share a real business story in a quick, 10-minute case study — walking through how they took an idea from nothing (level 0) to something real (level 1) through validation. This semester is all about validation — testing your idea before you sink time and money into it. You'll hear directly from students who've used Rollins Center resources, including the Validation Grant, to get their own ideas off the ground. And here's the fun part: if you make a sale from your business anytime this semester, you're invited to an exclusive end-of-semester dinner — gourmet pizza, made by Sage.
Listed from Entrepreneurship — details may change; check the organizer's listing before attending. Independent student project, not an official BYU service.
