About this event
Join us for "America at the Crossroads," a new series that invites us to think about how movies, music, museums, and more help us understand America’s past and shape our decisions about its future. Join us this week to learn from Professors Gonzales, Krewson, and Williams about the ways in which the law both shapes and is shaped by American culture. This week’s panelists will discuss a variety of legal topics, ranging from a landmark school desegregation case (before Brown v. Board of Education!) to our culture’s current polarized perceptions of the Supreme Court. Panelists: DJ Gonzales (History), Chris Krewson (Political Science) and Lucy Williams (Law School). Sponsored by the American Studies program. Event Flyer
