The keynote speaker will be Professor Ashutosh Varshney, Brown University Professor of Political Science and Sol Goldman Professor of International Studies and the Social Sciences. His remarks will be titled "India's Democratic Backsliding: A Theoretical and Comparative Perspective." Other presenters include Robert Colson, David Romney, Evan Ward, Shad Morris, Brandon Webb, and Michael Easterling.
